As promised on the last posting here's the view just up ont he same side of the road as the 'Iron Duke'. My how things have changed! I love the old galvanised bowls on show outside the furniture shop. I'll take a current photo covering the same area as it appears today.

Thanks Mitch, do you mind if I include some of your old Ramsgate picts in one of my books of old postcards, there is nothing so safe as a few hard copies on people shelves when it comes to preserving local history for future generations.
Michael,please do. I feel honoured that I've found something you haven't got! Maybe it's some sort of re-payment for all the lovely stuff you find and publish.
