It's cold and a bit on the windy side. You can still see occasional sunshine but most of my encumbants are complaining of the cold. I say 'you wait 'til the winter starts', especially down here next to the sea front.
I've got fed up with waiting for things to be rectified with the exterior job. This morning I've called in the building surveyor (FRICS and all that) to inspect the work these 'expert tradespeople' call finished and want paying for. Lets see if the they find as many faults as I have so far... Here we are an hour later and the 'tradespeople' managers called to check the work and would you believe they didn't find any faults with the job at all! mmm watch this space...
